First time trying Bonchon’s and it was GREAT! The fried chicken wings were perfectly fried and the sauces were not overwhelming. Our server was attentive, kind, and gave good recommendations.
Someone recommended this place to me. It was my first time, and my wife and I loved it. We ordered a 10-piece drumstick fried chicken with a mix of Korean BBQ flavor and spicy flavor. The drumsticks were def LARGE size drumsticks. My wife and I didn’t expect them to be so big, but considering the cost, we could understand why. The skin was very crispy, but the flavor was definitely the best part of it all. We finished the order of 10 drumsticks between the both of us. But honestly, an order of 10 drumsticks could definitely feed 3 people. We also ordered the seafood rice, which was very flavorful. The rice could’ve had a little more protein, but nonetheless it was still great. The service was a little late on this day and as a courtesy the server gave us a free dessert, which we greatly appreciated. She did apologize and explain that at the same time we ordered there was a large takeout order that came in. We did appreciate the little extra effort in making up for the wait, many restaurants should learn from this. The environment seemed very friendly and spacious. The restaurant was very clean. As far as price is concerned, it is a little pricy. The 10-piece drumstick, which comes with a little side(coleslaw), was 30 by itself. That did NOT include the rice. So, one will have to consider price, this is not your local chicken shack, but you definitely get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend this place to all. This is a must-try fried chicken spot. Never eaten fried chicken like this, but I will definitely be coming back.
Loved the glass noodles!! And I loved the service!! It was an amazing and well cleaned atmosphere. I would definitely come back here again.
My boyfriend and I ate here the other day and I'm still thinking of how great the food was We will definitely be back. Service was great and the people there was nice. I had the Takoyaki and the Soy Garlic Boneless Wings with rice while my boyfriend had the big drumstick pieces with fries (Spicy and Soy Garlic) Highly recommend!
I’m pretty upset for multiple reason. This is my first time trying Korean BBQ. I ordered a 10 piece because I have never had Korean BBQ before this day. I’m upset I didn’t order the 40 piece because this is one of the best things I have ever tasted. The Korean BBQ was seasoned perfectly and covered in their delicious sauce and very crispy, the were also were pretty big, wasn’t expecting that. I don’t know if they make their ranch in house, but it was also good, definitely the best tasting ranch I have ever had. I rarely eat out, now I’m going to have to go back at least one a month. I wish I would have gotten the employees name that welcomed me in the restaurant when I walked in, he was extremely friendly, welcoming and patient. I ask him for recommendations since I had no clue what to order. He recommended a few things, including the coleslaw (which I don’t ever eat, but theirs was pretty delicious, I would eat that again too. Thank you guys for great customer service and great food. I can’t wait to go back and get another other of wings and something else.
Happen to drive by and notice this restaurant. I wasn’t hungry but my wife and I decided to try it out. We were planing to dine in and then decided to take out. The staff were nice and offered us a booth while we waited for our order. We ordered 3 different small chicken combos (wing and drums). Price for the 3 orders are reasonable for the amount of food! Chicken pieces are large, the spices are good and the chicken is crunchy - even after the 15 minute drive home. I like this place! Going back again for sure. Should have taken photos before jumping in but they were really good and took some photos afterwards.
Best Korean fried chicken hands down! I will definitely be back!! The Seoul city tea is a great drink to start off with! A little bit pricey, but (for me) it was worth it.
First time coming but i love wings i try them everywhere! Soy garlic is 10/10 those pot stickers toss in sauce perfect
